Metropolitan Museum of Art to return 16 looted sculptures to Cambodia and Thailand
The Metropolitan Museum of Art will be returning 16 ancient sculptures to Cambodia and Thailand that were tied to looting.
The sculptures were linked to art dealer Douglas Latchford, who was indicted in 2019 for selling antiquities illegally. [ more ]
