Urgent need for terrorism AI laws, warns think tank
The UK should consider new laws to stop AI recruiting terrorists, says the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD).
The government's independent terrorism legislation reviewer Jonathan Hall ran an experiment on Character.ai, where he was recruited by a chatbot that expressed dedication to an extremist group. [ more ]
