The project is a two-story residence in Costa Rica with an area of 5,900 ft and a completion year of 2025. The design is organized around three existing trees on the site, enabling the architecture to adapt and coexist with nature rather than dominate it. Lead architect Janine Schneider and JSARQ directed the project with a design team including Janine Schneider and Marcos Ramirez. Photographs were taken by Alvaro Fonseca / Depth Lens. Manufacturers used include Kohler and Mad Living, with interior design by Mad Living. General contractor was Ravco Engineering & Consulting; structural by Alberto Apestegui Engineering & Consulting; MEP by Cristian Jimenez.
