Skyrim Map Remade In Lego Is Just As Massive As You'd Expect, Uses Nearly 74,000 Bricks
Briefly

A complete map of Skyrim was recreated using 73,761 Lego bricks, taking more than two and a half years to build. The map measures eight feet wide and over six feet tall, featuring 44 layers that accurately represent Skyrim's landscape. There are 292 notable locations, including main cities, ruins, and other landmarks. The creator, Ian Roosma, reflects on the nostalgic experience of building each landmark, which commemorated his memories of playing Skyrim. Roosma previously created another map from the Legend of Zelda.
As broken down on their YouTube channel, the build took nine months of planning and over two years to build. The map is eight feet wide and over six feet tall with 44 layers, as it's a topographic map that accurately represents the landscape of Skyrim.
There are 292 locations in total, including iconic Skyrim cities like Whiterun, Windhelm, Markarth, Riften, and others. There are also Shrines of Talos, Dwemer ruins, Standing Stones, lighthouses, farms, shipwrecks, Imperial and Stormcloak camps, and much more to find dotted across its Lego landscape.
Creating each landmark across the map was a trip down memory lane from the many times I've played through Skyrim.
I'm not sure I can top this with another Lego project.
