As such, feel free to spawn into the raid using a free loadout to avoid any loss of resources in the event that you perish from enemies or other players while trying to get it finished. Your first goal in Straight Record is to find the old EMP trap in the Victory Ridge area."
Players can spawn into the raid using a free loadout because completing Straight Record does not require extraction. The old EMP trap sits in Victory Ridge, on the upper-left side of the map slightly southwest of the West Broken Ridge POI. A tall, thin machine with wires wrapped around it marks the EMP; interacting with it reveals it is unpowered. Three nearby power switches must be turned on to power the device. The first switch is on a small cliff north of the EMP and is accessible by walking around the cliff. The second switch sits east on a collapsed structure and can be reached by climbing debris. After powering all switches, interact with the EMP to activate it.
