"To find the helmet, you'll need to head to the Wreckage on the southern portion of the Dam Battlegrounds map. This can sometimes be a fairly high-traffic area since it's also a good spot to farm mushrooms, so be on the lookout for other raiders while questing here. Wreckage POI When you arrive at the Wreckage, head to the bottom of the POI and look for a large, destroyed Baron machine collapsed in this area. There's a small plant just outside of this dilapidated machine that is hiding the helmet."

Celeste requests placing a helmet on a memorial pole as part of the Keeping the Memory quest. The helmet is located at the Wreckage in the southern Dam Battlegrounds, often a high-traffic mushroom farming area. At the bottom of the POI look for a collapsed Baron machine and a small plant just outside it; interact with the plant to pick up the helmet. Approach the nearby pole and interact with the blue holographic helmet prompt to place the helmet and complete the quest.
