The Digging Up Dirt dead drop is located inside the Santa Maria Houses POI in the southern Buried City. The interior is inaccessible from the ground floor, so approach from the roof and enter through an open window to drop into the attic, then use a zipline to descend to the next level. Proceed through the mostly linear layout until reaching a large sand-filled room; the dead drop sits directly in the room's center. No extraction is required for quest credit, so use a free loadout if desired, and consider Southern or Eastern Station for extraction after looting.
