Three books for Building a Library are inside the Library POI on the Buried City map above Marano Park. All three must be collected and extracted in a single raid. Expect heavy player traffic and combat, so bring a strong shield, weapon, and plenty of ammo. Solo players can try asking others to be friendly, but teams often meet more resistance. The first book drops from a small cart on the bottom floor in front of taller shelves. The second sits on a cart against the back wall on the second floor. The third is on a book cart next to some fall.
