"Stabilize the observation deck near the Ridgeline The Ridgeline is located on the eastern portion of Blue Gate. This area is far removed from much of the mayhem that happens in the center of the map, making it one of the safer sections you'll visit during this quest. The observation deck is found along the very outer rim of the map. Interact with one of the prompts here to stabilize the structure. Afterward, you can be on your way to your next objective."
A First Foothold requires visiting four distinct locations across Blue Gate: east Ridgeline, south Olive Grove, west Trapper's Glade, and a northern objective. Each location demands a specific interaction: stabilize the observation deck at the Ridgeline, enable the comms terminal in Olive Grove, and nail down roof plates on the Raider structure near Trapper's Glade. The Ridgeline tends to be safer due to its distance from central conflict. Olive Grove can be busy with raiders and farming activity.
