Trump posted that up to 90% of Minnesota fraud is caused by people who entered the US illegally from Somalia and called Representative Ilhan Omar a scammer, saying they should be sent back to Somalia. White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said the administration is considering revoking citizenship for Somali Americans convicted of fraud and that denaturalisation remains a tool for the president and secretary of state. Legal experts say denaturalisation is rare and requires high proof.
