But, he also saw strength, because I was president, Trump replied."
"MS NOW's senior White House correspondent Vaughn Hillyard reported that the White House released a statement on the exchange as the video went viral on social media. This reporter behaved in an inappropriate and unprofessional way towards her colleagues on the plane. If you're going to give it, you have to be able to take, said the White House. Watch the exchange above."
President Donald Trump called Bloomberg White House correspondent Catherine Lucey "Quiet, quiet piggy" aboard Air Force One after she pressed him about Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged connections. Lucey asked what Epstein meant by "You knew about the girls" and cited Epstein's associations with Bill Clinton, the president of Harvard and Larry Summers. Trump denied knowledge, said Epstein and he had a bad relationship, and asserted Epstein saw strength in him because he was president. As Trump criticized Democrats, he interrupted Lucey and moved to another reporter. The White House defended Trump and called the reporter's behavior inappropriate, adding "If you're going to give it, you have to be able to take."
