The masked agents then demanded that the woman later identified as Dayanne Figueroa get out of the car. When she refused, they pulled her out, and a struggle ensued. Figueroa was then cuffed and placed in a red van. Reports noted that Figueroa was simply on her way to get coffee before heading to work when the incident occurred. According to a report from the Chicago Tribune, Figueroa was released hours later."
"The Department of Homeland Security later released a statement claiming that Figueroa was at fault, saying she crashed into an unmarked government vehicle and violently resisted arrest, injuring two officers. Figueroa was released the same day a few hours later without charges. Figueroa said she intends to seek justice for how I was treated."
