Memorize and log [phone] to contact senators immediately about nominations. Urge senators to refuse hearings on a Supreme Court nominee until after midterm elections. Ask Republican senators to apply the same timing argument used previously by Mitch McConnell. Ask Democratic and independent senators to block any nominee while the president remains under investigation. Insist that confirmed justices would not overturn Roe v. Wade, must recuse from cases involving the president or campaign, and must not endorse presidential immunity beyond the law. Use provided call scripts and follow up on related DOJ nomination concerns.
