The suspect reportedly accessed the 11th floor, occupied by the City Attorney's offices, which were mostly unstaffed. On Monday the suspect allegedly broke into Mayor Barbara Lee's office and stole the keys to a city-owned Ford Expedition. The garage door required no key fob and automatically opens for the mayor's vehicle, enabling easy access. The SUV was recovered in Vallejo on Tuesday. A warrant for the suspect's arrest exists, but no arrest has been made.
