Pamela Price, recalled by voters in 2024, says she'll run again for DA
"We need to show Donald Trump and his billionaire friends - whether they're in Washington or Piedmont - that justice is not for sale in Alameda County,"
"'I will say to ICE and any other federal agents who violate state law, 'Eff around and find out,'"
Pamela Price will run for Alameda County district attorney in the June 2026 primary election. She won the 2022 general election but was recalled last year by nearly 63% of voters. Price framed her campaign as a fight against billionaires, corporate corruption, and people aligned with President Donald Trump. She referenced Piedmont donor Philip Dreyfuss as a major backer of the recall. Price accused appointed DA Ursula Jones Dickson of refusing to hold local police officers and federal agents accountable. Price cited an Oct. 23 incident in which a Customs and Border Protection agent shot an Oakland pastor with a chemical irritant during a protest and said law enforcement has declined to say whether it will investigate or prosecute the agent.
