Pam Bondi Threw an Insolent Tantrum Before the House Judiciary Committee
"I'm going to answer the question the way I want to answer the question."
"Chairman Jordan, I am not going to get into the gutter with these people. But I'm going to answer the question."
"I think it's very interesting that the president said they inducted him twice."
"you may not like the answer, but she gets to answer."
Attorney General Pam Bondi appeared before the House Judiciary Committee and repeatedly refused to answer questions about Jeffrey Epstein and related co-conspirators. Bondi blustered, filibustered, shouted, and used theatrical mock outrage and whataboutisms to derail questioning. She appealed to Chairman Jim Jordan for protection when Democratic Rep. Jerrold Nadler pressed her on indictments. Bondi asserted she would answer only on her terms and accused Democrats of theatrics. Chairman Jordan returned time to Nadler but largely allowed Bondi to control the hearing, which descended into chaos and heated exchanges.
