Former DC Metro police officer Michael Fanone suffered a heart attack after being assaulted by Trump supporters during the Capitol riot. Fanone called CNN anchor Jake Tapper a clown and an opportunist, likening him to JD Vance and accusing him of following opportunities for upward mobility. Fanone criticized Tapper’s heavy promotion of Original Sin and dismissed the book’s premise that Biden’s cognitive decline was a hidden secret. Fanone pointed out that Biden’s aging and diminished cognition were visible to many and questioned where media and Democratic energy are now as Trump appears to deteriorate.
