Greene said the subject line of the messages used Trump’s words “Marjorie Traitor Greene” and attributed the threats to the atmosphere his remarks created. She did not identify which son received the threats. Greene reported informing Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance; Vance said he would look into it, while Trump responded with an unkind remark and later appeared to scoff at the danger to her.
