CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins confronted Rep. Ilhan Omar about President Trump’s suggestion that she orchestrated her own assault after being attacked on camera. President Trump told ABC News, "She probably had herself sprayed, knowing her," prompting Collins to contrast his response with Omar’s earlier call for calm after Trump’s near-assassination. Omar rejected the insinuation, said she was raised to be a decent person and that Trump lacks decency and compassion, accused the administration of lying about past killings, referenced cases captured on camera, and suggested Trump may have dementia and should be removed.
