The FBI contacted House and Senate Sergeants at Arms requesting interviews of four House members featured in a video urging service members not to comply with unlawful orders. The Counterterrorism Division appeared to open an inquiry into Sen. Elissa Slotkin following the video. The lawmakers said President Trump is using the FBI to intimidate and harass Members of Congress and that intimidation will not stop them from honoring the Constitution. The video spurred threats, including a surge in death threats and a response from Trump labeling the video "SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH."
