Cori Bush seeks to retake her 2021 congressional seat in Missouri’s first district after losing to Wesley Bell, whose 2024 campaign received significant AIPAC funding. Kat Abughazaleh, a 26-year-old Palestinian American, is competing in Illinois’s ninth district race.
