Video shows Potylo in a giraffe onesie using a handheld speaker while agents forced him to the ground as the crowd chanted “Free Robby.” Two GoFundMes have raised close to $200,000 for his legal defense, including nearly $40,000 related to the Minneapolis arrest, and plans include suing ICE. DHS did not respond to a request for comment.
