The footage shows Pretti kicking out the SUV's taillight, an officer exiting and grabbing Pretti by the jacket, and multiple agents piling on as the crowd was sprayed with rubber bullets and tear gas. The struggle lasted about 20 seconds before Pretti broke away and agents retreated without making an arrest. Pretti's parents confirmed his identity in the video. A week later, Pretti was fatally shot by federal authorities.
