Orlando ranked first by combining massive fireworks shows with legal consumer fireworks, abundant nightlife and party-supply retailers, and relatively low New Year's Eve hotel rates, with the lowest 3-star room at $66. Las Vegas ranked second for dazzling fireworks, world-class entertainment, and vibrant nightlife.
