The Conshohocken Winter Market attracted families to 25 vendors, musical performances, and snacks while a costumed Grinch interacted with attendees. The Grinch snuck up on families, sampled free food, crashed a high school band performance, posed for selfies, and created playful scares that prompted both delight and fear. Event sponsor Matt Donnelly noted the town's lively atmosphere and sponsorship of the Grinch. Children reacted variably, with some hiding and others taking pictures, while parents enjoyed the spectacle. The Grinch promoted kindness and suggested it is never too late to grow a heart.
