Later the same day at 3:48 p.m. at Bay Tree Apartments on Massol Avenue, a caller reported that their brother attempted to break into their home, resulting in a misdemeanor arrest. On Dec. 7 at 3:23 p.m. on Cerro Chico, a suspect gained entry into a 2012 Silver Acura TSX; the owner found the glovebox and console ransacked and could not determine what was taken or whether the car had been locked.
