Frederick Green, 20, surrendered to police in Buffalo after the Regional Fugitive Task Force located him hiding in his girlfriend's apartment. Green had cut his hair during a near month-long manhunt and was transferred to the Midtown South precinct for questioning. Kris Boyd, a Jets cornerback, was seriously injured in a shooting on Nov. 16 after leaving the Sei Less bar on West 38th Street with teammates. The group reportedly encountered another group outside that taunted them about their clothing, leading to a verbal dispute before the shooting.
