Terrill also allegedly yelled "Sir, what's your name, what's your name," "I can try to help you," and "I am an American civilian, I have a right to be here" as she pushed into agents."

On Sept. 29 near Malden District Court, Bethany Abigail Terrill allegedly approached immigration officers who were making an administrative arrest, screaming and recording on her phone while pushing into agents. She allegedly shouted phrases including "ICE is here, ICE is here" and "You guys are monsters, this is insane," and attempted to speak to the arrestee. She allegedly also screamed that "Charlie Kirk died, and we love it... We're coming for you, gonna kill you," and called the agents "Nazis," saying "We are coming for you. We don't like Nazis in America." Officers' body cameras and Terrill's phone reportedly captured the incidents. She was charged with threatening a United States official and released with conditions including participation in a mental health program and staying away from federal officials and law enforcement.
