"EMBEZZELMENT: 2:03 p.m. on Cleland Avenue. The caller said they put money in an account for a business deal, but while the deal was in process, the money was taken from the account. GRAND THEFT: 3:28 p.m. on Oka Road. An black Juiced brand e-bike was stolen in Santa Clara. The caller initially did not report it, but they were referred to Santa Clara police for report. The incident ended in a misdemeanor arrest."

The resident chased the suspect out of the house. The suspect got into a getaway car and sped off. Nothing was taken. Nov. 8 VEHICLE TAMPERING: 10:54 a.m. on Nob Hill Way. A catalytic converter was stolen from a Toyota Prius around 2 a.m."
