Maui resident Heaven-lei Pua followed the Texas couple for 25 to 30 minutes as they repeatedly ignored pullover spots, swerved, braked around corners and stopped on bridges. After honking, the driver made an obscene gesture and the situation intensified, prompting a physical confrontation.
