He also served as served as a minister of exports from 2023 until the general election in June 2024."
Lord Malcolm Offord, a former Conservative business and Scotland Office minister, has joined Reform UK and was unveiled by Nigel Farage at a rally in Falkirk. He will stand down from the House of Lords and campaign as a Reform candidate in the 2026 Holyrood elections. He pledged five months of continuous campaigning to remove the SNP government after 18 years and to promote a positive vision for Scotland within the United Kingdom.
