"An Afghan migrant who came to the UK on a small boat has been jailed for threatening to kill Nigel Farage in a TikTok video. Fayaz Khan, 26, filmed himself making the threat, mimicking the pop, pop, pop noise of a gunshot, between 12 October and 15 last year in a post that the Reform UK leader described as pretty chilling."
"Khan responded with a video on 14 October, which was played to the jury, in which Khan appears to say: Englishman Nigel, don't talk shit about me. You not know me. I come to England because I want to marry with your sister. You not know me. Don't talk about me more. Delete the video. I'm coming to England. I'm going to pop, pop, pop."
Fayaz Khan arrived in the UK on a small boat and was jailed for five years for threatening to kill Nigel Farage in a TikTok video. A jury at Southwark Crown Court convicted him by a majority of 10 to 2 after prosecutors showed the video in which he mimicked gunshots and made verbal threats. Khan is believed to have given a false name after entering the UK because of a criminal record in Sweden, where he is thought to be Fayaz Husseini with multiple convictions including carrying a knife and threatening behaviour. Khan used the username madapasa and posted videos about his Channel crossing attempts after living in Stockholm since 2019.
