Electreon signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire the assets of InductEV Inc., a specialist in ultra-fast, high-power static wireless charging for heavy-duty transit and freight fleets. Electreon has deployed wireless charging roadways including projects in Detroit, Paris, Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Trondheim across eight countries. The transaction aims to create an end-to-end platform spanning passenger cars, commercial vans, buses, heavy-duty trucks, and autonomous vehicles. Integration of Electreon’s dynamic and mid-/high-power stationary solutions with InductEV’s ultra-fast static systems intends to deliver comprehensive charging offerings to simplify and accelerate fleet electrification. Completion remains subject to due diligence, final agreements, and regulatory approvals.
