"Garrett Colley, San Ramon Valley soccer: Colley scored two goals in SRV's 5-2 win over Dougherty Valley. SRV began this week 14-3-5. Mrinal Dwivedi, Lynbrook basketball: Dwivedi had a game-high 17 points to lead Lynbrook past Fremont-Sunnyvale in a 55-31 win. Lynbrook finished the week with a 16-5 record. Diego Hernandez, James Logan soccer: Hernandez scored a goal and had two assists to lead Logan to a 6-0 win over Mission San Jose. Logan started this week 7-8-7."

Nominations are accepted via highschools@bayareanewsgroup.com until 11 a.m. each Monday. Selections consider performances from Feb. 2–7 and stats submitted to MaxPreps by coaches or team statisticians. Nominees include Garrett Colley (San Ramon Valley soccer), Mrinal Dwivedi (Lynbrook basketball), Diego Hernandez (James Logan soccer), Cameron Hood (Acalanes basketball), Luke Hunter (Woodside soccer), Anton Lahtiranta (St. Francis soccer), and Evan Lee (Valley Christian boys basketball), each listed with recent game performances and team records.
