Solanke finished low into the far corner after Mahmoud Dahoud misjudged a header to double the advantage. Xavi Simons had an early close-range effort ruled out for Spurs. Thomas Frank's side secured a third successive win in the league-phase campaign while Frankfurt remained eliminated and listed Kaua Santos in goal.
