In San Jose, dozens marched against ICE, joined by immigrant rights groups, community organizations and labor unions. Organizers announced a "Week of Action" during the Super Bowl to oppose Kristi Noem's presence and to declare ICE unwelcome in the community. Concerned residents said they worry about escalating enforcement and plan continued activism as the Super Bowl nears.
