Dozens gathered at San Francisco's Hall of Justice to support Joey Alexander, an Urban Alchemy worker shot outside the main public library. The suspect, 42-year-old Edmund Bowen, had his arraignment deferred. Witnesses say Alexander asked Bowen to stop doing drugs in public because children were present.
