"The results data comes from the San Francisco Department of Elections. These results are subject to change: More data will continue to be released in the coming days as more votes are counted. For the special September election, the Department of Elections collected results in District 4 by "grouped precinct," rather than individual precincts. That means the data for this election is not as granular as results from previous elections."
