Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced readiness for talks with Russia in Azerbaijan after meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Zelenskyy is in Azerbaijan to sign defense and energy agreements. Concurrently, Russian drone and missile strikes on Dnipro resulted in at least four deaths and numerous injuries. Additional attacks in Zaporizhzhia and Odesa caused further casualties and damage. A Russian drone also crashed in Romania during the assaults on Ukraine's Odesa region.
