SERHANT. appointed Greg Chan as chief technology officer to oversee technology operations and product development, including AI and internal platforms used by agents. The company's technology centers on S.MPLE, an internal operating system that combines customer relationship management, marketing tools, transaction management and performance tracking. Chan brings 25 years of experience across Microsoft, Amazon and Akoya, where he expanded a financial data network and launched a SaaS platform for financial institutions.
