REIMS 502 is a commercial building project of 840 m completed in 2024 in Santiago de Queretaro. The project was designed during the pandemic as a critical reflection on contemporary commercial spaces and their capacity to adapt to new models of living, working, and consuming. The proposal is not a short-term emergency reaction but a response to a demand for long-term flexibility, efficiency, and urban responsibility. Lead architects are Eduardo Reims Hernandez and Andrea Maldonado Verduzco. Project collaborators include Matorral (landscape), Nancy Rodriguez (administration), Alejandro Verduzco (site management), and Erick Rodriguez (structure).
