New listings numbered 2,002, down 2.3% month-over-month and up 1.7% year-over-year. Active national inventory remained essentially unchanged at 1,100,001. Homes in Las Vegas averaged 57 days on market, one day faster than the prior month but eight days slower year-over-year; the national average was 63 days.
