Price per square foot in Charlotte decreased 0.2% month-over-month, versus a 0.8% national decline. New listings in Charlotte numbered 1,198, down 5.4% from the prior month but up 10.1% year-over-year. Homes in Charlotte averaged 56 days on market, one day faster than the previous month and eight days slower than the same month last year. Nationally, active inventory remained nearly unchanged and average days on market was 63 in October.
