"It is unconscionable that anyone should be allowed to spray known neurotoxins and environmental toxins over our nation's citizens, their land, food and water supplies,"
""That is a pretty shocking memo," he said. "It doesn't get more tinfoil hat. They really believe toxins are being sprayed.""
"HHS does not comment on future or potential policy decisions and task forces."
Gray Delany, a MAHA influencer, presented a July memo to White House health advisor Calley Means urging federal attention to chemtrail conspiracy theories. The memo alleges academic researchers and federal agencies secretly spread toxic substances from airplanes, poisoning Americans and triggering weather events such as last summer's Texas flooding. The memo claims known neurotoxins and environmental toxins are being sprayed over citizens, land, food and water. Climate scientist Daniel Swain said the claims are false and in some cases physically impossible. Delany recommended a joint task force, a roundtable, inclusion in the MAHA commission report, and public statements about alleged harms. HHS declined to comment on potential policy decisions, and the MAHA commission's report did not address the memo's topics.
