Lamar Jackson's 26-yard fourth-and-7 pass to Isaiah Likely put Baltimore on Pittsburgh's 24 with 14 seconds remaining, and Jackson knelt to move the ball to the center before the kick. Loop said he mishit the ball, feeling it lower on his foot.
