A massive, 37,000-square-foot pickleball complex is coming to Times Square
"On February 20, CityPickle will open a massive 37,000-square-foot flagship inside the landmark Paramount Building at 1501 Broadway, bringing seven professional-grade courts, a full-service bar and restaurant and a slate of luxe amenities to the eighth floor of one of Midtown's most storied addresses. The 1926 Paramount Building initially housed Paramount Studios, and CityPickle is leaning into that showbiz legacy,"

Beyond the seven courts, the year-round space includes lounge and event areas, co-working phone booths, private shower suites stocked with products from Brooklyn-based Element Brooklyn and a robust food and beverage program led by hospitality vet Kim Russen, whose résumé includes TAO Group."
"It's CityPickle's first permanent Manhattan home and serves as the brand's corporate headquarters, with glass-enclosed offices built directly into the floor plan. The layout is designed to flex between tournaments, casual open play, private events and corporate leagues. The sport has been the fastest-growing in the country for five consecutive years, and with this centrally located home base, it shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon."
