Source: Patriots trading receiver Polk to Saints
The New Orleans Saints acquired New England Patriots wide receiver Ja'Lynn Polk and a 2028 seventh-round pick in exchange for a 2027 sixth-round pick. Polk is a 2024 second-round pick who is on injured reserve with a shoulder injury. He recorded 12 catches for 87 yards and two touchdowns across 15 games last season. The Saints previously traded for Denver receiver Devaughn Vele in August, sending a 2026 fourth-round pick and a 2027 seventh-round pick to Denver. The Polk addition gives the Saints another young receiving option despite Polk's current injury status.
