"It's a great day. It's a bright sunny day and my kid's having a blast. He's also getting introduced to some sports like flag football that he's never played before."
L.A. County Parks, Disney Jr.'s Let's Play campaign and ESPN's Take Back Sports hosted a youth sports clinic at Cathedral High School in Los Angeles. Approximately 75 pre-registered children ages three to seven rotated through 15-minute introductory sessions in T-ball/baseball, soccer, flag football and basketball. Mickey Mouse led a warm-up with the iconic 'Hot Dog!' dance to celebrate the Disney+ series Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+. ESPN commentator Bernardo Osuna emphasized bringing back fun and helping kids explore different sports. Parents and organizers reported children enjoying games, experiencing new sports and showing big smiles during the event.
