An affordable housing lottery has launched for a 100 percent affordable 10-story development that has risen on a formerly vacant stretch of Pacific Street in Ocean Hill. The building has a total of 236 apartments, of which 93 are included in the lottery."

All of the 93 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in the lottery for 2425 Pacific Street Apartments at 2425 Pacific Street are rent stabilized and set aside for families earning 30, 40, 60 and 80 percent of Area Median Income, according to the listing. That includes households of one to seven people earning between $28,115 and $160,720 a year."

The all-electric building follows Green Building standards, was developed by Brooklyn Community Housing & Services with partners, and offers amenities including a gym, community room, laundry, bike storage, patio, and a children’s play area. Tenants pay electricity; rent covers heat and hot water. The building is smoke-free.
