Khyle Williams, a 31-year-old Brooklyn resident, was indicted on 176 counts for allegedly running an illegal gun trafficking operation throughout 2025. The indictment charges him with conspiracy and multiple counts of criminal sale and possession of firearms. Williams allegedly conducted at least nine illegal firearms sales both within and outside New York State between May and October 2025, with the goal of obtaining, possessing, controlling, transporting, and selling firearms while collecting proceeds from those sales. Investigators recovered 32 guns, 12 high-capacity magazines, and 200 rounds of ammunition from Williams. The joint investigation involved the Organized Crime Task Force, NYPD, and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, utilizing controlled firearm purchases, video surveillance, and financial record analysis. Williams faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
